Beautiful serving trays from Swift International. These rectangle shape trays are made from high quality, strong plastic, and the weight is much lighter than similar products made of steel or glass, without any of the problems associated with those materials. The raised easy-to-hold sides allow a strong, comfortable grip during handling. This plastic tray does not require a great deal of storage space, and is very easy to handle. They can be washed easily. They are wonderful for making decorated cookies and any application where you are cutting out dough and then moving it through several steps that require drying/rising/etc. Things don't really stick to the tray because of the ridges/small pattern that you'd expect to find on any cafeteria tray.
